Some children require a more intensive and focused treatment in order to maximize functional gains.  Treatments that may be used include therasuit, partial body weight gait training, vibratory platform training, vestibular activation, and other progressive strengthening activities.  The focus of all of these combined is to help your child progress to the next level of the goals we define together.  For some children that might be walking, rolling, creeping, sitting independently, or reaching.

With intensive therapy, these goals become attainable due to the incredible amount of practice in a condensed period of time.  I encourage you to call to discuss the program that would be appropriate for your child.

Fun on a swing in different positions helps your child activate control throughout the body with just the right amount of support.
